Our inner powers are arguably limitless, yet the way in which we are constructed, and the ways in which our lives have adapted, are restricting and constraining our possibilities.
Yet, the power is within us to manifest change, even if they come one at a time. Every positive affirmation coupled with small actions are a step towards the right direction.
So, what do I mean by learning to fly?
Look no further than history - say 50-100 years ago. If you wanted something, whether it was a physical item, or to be able to acquire a skill etc. It actually requires the right resources and time to be able to gain it.
Now? It still takes time and resources, but much of it is democratised and available. The internet is a neutral tool that can be used for both good and bad, but if you put your heart's desire into wanting to learn a language, enjoy some music and more, you can do so at your fingertips.
The access to internet is not fully democratised, and in some places, heavily restricted. But we are getting there.
The internet was only the precursor to what was to come next. Interconnectedness and computing power has allowed AI to become the next revolution.
Yet, with all these changes, it still requires our minds to adapt to change.
So understand this:
- Plenty more changes are coming. Our job is to understand that these are happening, whether we like it or not. Technology is agnostic - it's how we use it that matters.
- We should not act defensive and fearful in light of these changes. This only comes from not fully understanding or accepting the change. Time moves forward and so does technology. If you don't like the direction of the way in which something is developing, you can also step in and make something that better represents your ideals.
Once we've accepted these changes, the power is in our hands to learn to fly - for so many centuries we thought that we were land locked (and sea locked) creatures. Our minds couldn't comprehend the idea of flying.
This is our opportunity to fly - to open ourselves to possibilities of things that were only a pipe dream not too long ago.
We are ready to evolve once more.
